Horizon Support Services, Inc. provides safe and reliable Transportation Services designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities access their communities with greater independence. Transportation support is based on each participant’s assessed needs and Person-Centered Plan and may help individuals access community activities, appointments, shopping, employment-related activities, and other important destinations.
Our Transportation Services may include transportation coordination, mobility and travel training, assistance with accessing public and community transportation, and other individualized transportation supports. Participants may receive guidance in learning how to safely navigate their communities and use available transportation resources with greater confidence and independence.
